Everyone wants to be happy, but we spend a lot of time looking for happiness in the wrong places. To find real joy and happiness, we need to realize that they don’t come from material goods or high achievement, but from our outlook on life and the quality of our relationships. Learning to appreciate everyone and everything we encounter enables us to find the true meaning of life. This course will provide practical advice on how to transform your life by transforming your mind.

These classes consist of two guided meditation periods as well as a short, practical Buddhist teaching that can be applied to your daily life experiences.
